VISA SUPPORT TO KAZAKHSTAN

For visa support, legal persons and individual entrepreneurs for the first time the current year addressing the Migration Police Department of Internal Affairs of Astana, Almaty and other regions (hereinafter, MIA) for invitation registration are to provide the following documents:

• 1. A copy of the legal entity or individual entrepreneur state registration certificate; a copy of the legal entity charter or a patent;
• 2. The legal entity’s order on appointment of a representative to deliver documents and power of attorney;
• 3. The receiving party applying for inviting the Board of Directors members - a copy of the General Shareholders Meeting minutes on the election of the Board of Directors members;
• 4. The receiving party applying for inviting foreign tourists - a license for tour operator activities, issued by the local executive bodies of oblasts, cities of the national status, a capital city, or an extract from the Travel Agents State Register;
• 5. The receiving party applying for inviting a visa recipient for education - a license and (or) supplement to the license on educational activity, issued by Kazakhstan’s authorized educational institution;
• 6. The receiving party applying for inviting a visa recipient for medical treatment, medical examination or consultation - a license for medical activities, issued by Kazakhstan’s authorized medical institution.

For invited foreign citizens and stateless persons:

• 1. Scanned passport
• 2. Place of employment with a position held
• 3. Permanent address
• 4. Visa place
• 5. Stay period

You can get a visa to visit the country only on the basis of residence at the moment

Registration of temporarily staying foreign nationals costs 7 000 KZT (tenge).

• 1. Identity proof of a foreigner or a stateless person with a visa to enter and stay in Kazakhstan.
• 2. Migration card with the border crossing note, issued by officials of Kazakhstan’s Border Service at the National Security Committee at border checkpoints.
